They showed no concern for my financial situation. My messages to Ashley went unanswered, and I was denied a transfer to another agent. I had to call separately to get that done. Their customer service is lacking."

"Serious incompetence from staff. I had to request review of my life insurance policy 4 times after finding multiple mistakes to include incorrect spelling of my beneficiaries and dates of birth being mixed up repeatedly. After waiting almost a month for my new policy in the mail, I get a notice from State Farm that no change of beneficiary form was submitted and the policy increase wouldn’t take effect until I filled out this form and waited again for under-writing to approve it. State Farm was the one responsible for telling me which forms needed to be completed, and failed to be aware of their own companies documentation requirements. I’m always connected to a different representative in their office, which was disappointing considering I bought the insurance from Trish (apparently this is Ashley Durans mom), and she was the only competent person I ever seemed to have spoke with. Additionally, my insurance rates were insane and I recently switch to progressive and I’m literally paying half for the same coverage. I also switched to fidelity life insurance and I’m paying $10 more monthly for twice as much coverage than I had with State Farm. Summary: Just don’t use State Farm unless you like when people over charge and under-deliver."

I highly recommend them. UPDATE: I have been with this office for a long time now. Got my bf to switch over to them as well from Progressive. They hired some new ppl especially the young guy and some other girl who's not the receptionist, well both are extremely RUDE and LAZY!! I was baffled as to how they treated us when we were trying to switch over our current policy to a new one bc we had purchased a new vehicle. The correct thing to do was for the owner to call us back and make things right. But Ashley didn't care. So I switched over to another office where we were treated way better!! Her loss. We had 6 policies in total and were going to add 2 more!"
